We believe in a premium gaming experience. Our games are designed to be played offline and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from our players.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
We do not track your location.
We do not access your device’s private contacts or photos.

2. Game Progress and Saves

Your game progress (save files) is stored locally on your device. To ensure you don’t lose your progress when switching devices, our games utilize platform-specific cloud services:

iOS and macOS Players: Save data may be synced via Apple iCloud.
Windows Players: Save data may be synced via Steam Cloud or Epic Games Store cloud services.
Android Players: Save data may be synced via Google Play Games cloud saves.
Please note: These services are managed by the respective platform providers. GBRO’S SOFTWARE AND GAMES LTD does not have access to, nor do we store, your cloud save files on our own servers.

3. Third-Party Services

Our games are distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. These platforms may collect data related to your purchase or hardware for technical and billing purposes. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.

4. No Advertising and No Tracking

Our premium games do not contain third-party advertising or “trackers.” We do not sell your data to anyone because we don’t collect it in the first place.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our games do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because we do not collect any data, our games are inherently compliant with COPPA and GDPR regulations regarding child privacy.
